These Terms of Service describe use of the VelvetWren storefront and the relationship between this page, individual product listings and the store's published policies. Review the information applicable to the product and order before making a purchase.

Store Information and Incorporated Policies

Product listings, checkout information and the published Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy address different parts of the shopping process. Read them together. A specific order or product detail should not be replaced with an assumption drawn from a different item or an earlier visit.

If mandatory consumer law requires a result different from a provision on the site, that mandatory requirement takes priority to the extent it applies.

Applicable Law and Policy Updates

Applicable legal requirements govern the transaction to the extent they apply. Mandatory rights are not displaced by a general website statement.

The store may update published site information. Keep the order information and relevant purchase terms so that an inquiry about an earlier order can be considered in its proper context.

Use, Fit and Care Information

Choose a product and option appropriate to the intended use, and follow any instructions or care information supplied with it. Where measurements, capacity, fit or compatibility matter, use the information for the particular listing rather than a general catalog category.

Photography and display settings can affect perceived appearance. This does not remove a right to raise an item that is materially different from its listing or another concern covered by applicable law.

Eligibility and Accurate Information

Use the site only where you are legally able to do so and, for a purchase, able to enter the relevant transaction or act with appropriate authority. Provide accurate recipient, contact, billing and delivery information.

Do not use another person’s account or payment information without authorization. Keep any account credentials private and do not include passwords or authentication codes in support emails.

Shipping and Return Requests

The Shipping Policy explains delivery options and related inquiries; the Refund Policy explains how to raise item, return, exchange and refund questions. Use the terms relevant to the actual order rather than assume a universal delivery date or return condition.

A change, cancellation, return or exchange request is separate from confirmation that it has been carried out. Preserve the order record and any written instructions provided for the request.

Customer Communications and Responsibilities

Supply enough information to identify an order or product and state a question clearly. Review the recipient and address details before submitting an order. When following up, include the existing reference and the relevant correspondence.

Do not send payment secrets or passwords by email. Photographs and documents supplied for an item inquiry should be relevant to that inquiry and should not unnecessarily disclose another person’s information.

Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

Original site text, layout, graphics and other content are subject to the rights of their respective owners. Product names and third-party marks should be read in the context of the specific listing; they do not by themselves establish ownership or affiliation by the store.

If you send feedback, a review or other material, ensure that it is lawful and that you have the rights needed to supply it. Do not submit misleading statements or another person’s private information. Any use of submitted material remains subject to applicable rights and permissions.

Availability, Disclaimers and Liability

Errors, interruptions and delayed updates can occur on an online storefront. Use the current item and order information and contact the store about a discrepancy. An estimate, image or browsing category is not an additional guarantee beyond the information expressly supplied for the purchase.

Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer right, a remedy that cannot be waived or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Lawful Website Use

Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misrepresent an order or use the site for unlawful activity. Requests and communications should accurately describe the circumstances and the information being supplied.

Store content must not be copied or used in a way that infringes rights or misleads other people. Ordinary access to a listing does not grant permission to present another person’s content or marks as your own.

Orders, Prices and Payment

The current store currency is USD. Review the item, quantity, selected option, shipping information and amounts displayed for the order. Payment methods and any applicable charges are shown for the transaction at checkout.

Keep the order reference and check the information in any order communication. If an order needs clarification or an item becomes unavailable, contact the store with the relevant details. A payment authorization or a support inquiry should not be treated as proof of a different order status without the corresponding order information.

Products and Listing Information

The current assortment includes name-and-message shirts, character graphic tops, hooded layers, tanks, sweatshirts and stainless steel drink bottles. Review the individual listing for available options, dimensions, materials, quantities, included parts, care information and other details actually supplied for that item.

A collection title is a way to browse related listings; it does not replace the specific product description. Printed names, graphics or product-brand references remain part of the individual item information. Review the selected option and order details before payment.
